02 移民上庭02 Immigration Court০২ ইমিগ্রেশন কোর্ট
收到出庭通知（Notice to Appear）后，案件进入移民法庭程序。本所代理当事人出庭、答辩，并根据案情提出可用的救济申请。Once a Notice to Appear is issued, the case enters immigration court proceedings. This office appears on the client's behalf, responds to the charges, and files whatever forms of relief the facts support.নোটিশ টু অ্যাপিয়ার জারি হলে মামলা ইমিগ্রেশন কোর্টে যায়। এই অফিস মক্কেলের পক্ষে আদালতে হাজির হয়, অভিযোগের জবাব দেয় এবং ঘটনার ভিত্তিতে প্রযোজ্য প্রতিকারের আবেদন করে।

面临递解程序的当事人，可能仍有庇护、身份调整或其他救济途径。本所在法庭上就这些途径提出主张与证据。A person in removal proceedings may still have asylum, adjustment of status or other forms of relief available. 04 移民上诉04 Immigration Appeals০৪ অভিবাসন আপিল
移民法官作出不利裁决后，可在规定期限内向移民上诉委员会（BIA）提出上诉。上诉有严格时限，收到裁决后请尽快联系律师。After an unfavorable decision by an immigration judge, an appeal may be filed with the Board of Immigration Appeals within the prescribed deadline. 06 移民保释06 Immigration Bond০৬ ইমিগ্রেশন বন্ড
当事人被移民执法部门拘留时，本所可代为处理保释相关程序，争取当事人在案件审理期间获释。When a person is detained by immigration enforcement, this office can handle the bond process and seek release while the case is pending.কেউ ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষের হাতে আটক হলে এই অফিস বন্ড প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনা করে এবং মামলা চলাকালে মুক্তির জন্য আবেদন করতে পারে।
